How is the showroom different from other digital showroom solutions?

We designed the digital showroom experience to elevate the physical and online selling experience. Many other digital showrooms are really just B2B webshops. Stitch showroom is a true blend of digital and physical experiences, to help your brand story shine and drive higher margins in your wholesale channel.

What is the common buyer feedback you get?

Does a digital showroom mean no more samples?

Absolutely not! It means less samples but also more intentional samples. As you’ll start working with the Stitch showroom, you’ll find opportunities to reduce your samples over time. E.g. in the first selling season cut 20% of the samples, in the next season 35% etc. As you reduce samples, you will make more intentional choices over the samples you want to keep.

Can I replace my printed/digital catalogs with Stitch?

Absolutely!

What happens if my product information/images change? Do I need to maintain multiple versions?

The Digital Showroom is updated every time you open a presentation. So no more triple-checking your emails to make sure there are no last-minute changes you don't know about.

I'm not a global brand in terms of size, can I still use the showroom?

100%! Small to medium-sized companies are growing fast but don’t always have the resources to travel and/or distribute samples. Online is usually the way to go. Most digital selling tools miss out on bringing across the brand story and storytelling. That in a phase of the business when you brand is so important. The Stitch Showroom will help you sell at scale and safeguard your brand at the same time.

Can I integrate the showroom with my existing order management system?

Yes you can! You can integrate with the order management system that you’re currently using in your organization. To learn more about this integration, please contact us.

Which hardware do I need?

The physical setups are not a requirement to start using the showroom, you can get started using just an iPad or your laptop. Do you really want to WOW your buyers?

What are the costs of the different hardware setups?

What file types do you support?

On the Hub, you can store 3D blocks and style files in .BW or .ZPRJ format. Fabrics can be stored as .BW, .U3MA or .ZFAB files. For trims, we support .BW, .OBJ, .FBX and .U3MA., and stitches can be stored as .BW or .U3MA files.

What kind of integrations do you offer?

We’re working on delivering integrations that work with the most common PLM and DAM systems in the apparel industry. Get in touch with us to see where yours is on the roadmap.

Are you a 3D design software?

Stitch works alongside 3D software. Our centralized library assets make searching for assets and applying approved assets to styles seamless. And once the designs leave the 3D software, the styles can be rendered, shared, collaborated on, and pushed down the value chain from assortment, digital selling right through to e-commerce.

Can I use Stitch to collaborate with my manufacturers?

Yes you can. You can invite external collaborators to join your workspace.

Do you offer consulting services?

We do consult as part of the onboarding process. If there is a requirement to transform the company in its 3D digitisation process then we can offer additional consulting services. In addition, our online learning platform addresses some of the challenges when it comes to 3D apparel design. You can always reach out to us to get to know more about the consulting services.

Can I conduct collection reviews in the Hub?

Building a collection is a team effort, and feedback is an important part of creating the best possible version of a product. Using the Hub you can write and read comments, and leave a reaction.

‍We all know that most feedback nowadays is sent via e-mails. Or it happens during long in-person meetings. Which is of course a very cumbersome and inefficient method, and easily leads to errors. The Stitch 3D Hub provides a platform for feedback in a simple process that also takes into account that products go through multiple iterations before they are finished.

With the Stitch 3D Hub, we leave behind the days of finding a post it note on the floor and wondering which foam board it fell from! Which style was that comment intended for again? On the Hub, feedback is always accessible and easy to find. On top of that, it does not require the entire team to clear their schedule for days. Anyone with access to the collection on the Hub can comment on the styles and react to them whenever they want.

Can I adjust collection viewing & editing rights?

Yes, we offer an admin panel section on the Hub that allows you to adjust collection viewing and editing rights.

Where are the files stored?

We store 3D assets, such as trims, blocks, fabrics, and rendered styles, on the Hub.

How do you go about versioning and collection history?

Versions allow you and your team to keep track of every single style, and how it evolves over time. Use the Hub as your one source of truth, keeping the style file up to date, while at the same allowing to retrace all the steps from the first idea to the finished product.

Are you a DAM?

We are not a DAM system, however we do have a centralized library for blocks, trims, fabrics, stitches and styles. These are linked to meta data which makes searching for assets very easy, like a DAM. Smaller companies that do not have such a DAM system can make use of this easy to use asset library. And for larger companies we will be looking into integrating information from the Hub to the corporate DAM system.

My brand has a very large collection - how much volume can you handle?

We have a solution proven to work with brands as large as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, with thousands of styles per season. We’re confident our solution works for brands ranging from the biggest names in fashion, to small independent brands.

Stitch Hub: Rendering

What is your render speed?

Renders are typically delivered within a few minutes, and during busy periods this may increase slightly, but it won’t impact your workflow. Of course, your file size, internet speed and the chosen resolution of the render can influence the speed.

Do you also do animations?

We don’t currently support animations in 3D files.

What file types do you support?

The Stitch Render Farm can render Browzwear files (.BW) and CLO files (.ZPRJ). We also support automatic thumbnail creation for fabrics in .U3MA format.

How much does it cost?

Can I adjust the rendering settings and lighting?

We can offer customer-specific render settings. Or you can get started right away with our standard camera views and Stitch lighting!

Can I have different lighting setting by category?

While we recommend standardizing lighting settings across your organisation, if this is how your teams already work, we can accommodate this.

I use APEX, can you render that as well?

We do not support APEX files as of yet. We will continue to investigate and extend our agnostic approach of accommodating various file types.

What is the render output quality?

We offer a standard output resolution of 2000x2667 for rendering quality. However, we also offer customer specific resolutions.
